1: Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted admittance into The Spa, unless accompanied by an adult and then only at the designated entry times; i.e. 8.30am-10.30am and 4.30pm-6.30pm Monday to Saturday, 8.30am-10.30am and 2.00pm-6.30pm Sundays

2: The Spa Treatment area is an adult only facility. Children under the age of 18 years will not be allowed entry to this area of The Spa at any time and it is only available to members before or after treatment.

3: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within The Spa. Should a member be found to be smoking, they will be reminded that smoking is not permitted anywhere within The Spa in accordance with the Law and asked to extinguish their cigarette.

4: The use of mobile phones is not permitted in any area of The Spa facilities. Personal music systems are not permitted anywhere within The Spa with the exception of the gymnasium. The escape of sound from earphones can be annoying to other members wishing to relax. It is not permissible to take photographs of any area of The Spa without express permission of The Spa Operations Manager.

5: Members shall not abuse The Spa’s equipment or facilities. Any member who willfully or negligently cause such damage shall pay for damage.

6: Disorderly, rude or offensive behaviour can result in the removal from the premises, or refused admittance to the premises. The Spa Operations Manager, whose decision will be final, will determine any dispute or difference, which may arise with regard to the interpretation of these rules.

7: Where relevant, upon check-in at The Spa, the member should confirm their name and show membership card. Admittance will not be permitted without a relevant membership card.

8: A Disclaimer form should be filled in if a Member ever goes against our advice on having a treatment or using the wet/heat facilities or fitness facilities.

9: No pets are allowed into The Spa with the exception of guide dogs.

10: No crockery or glassware is allowed into the changing rooms, gym, treatment rooms, wet or poolside areas, in the interests of safety and hygiene. Plastic glassware must be used around the pool areas. No food or alcohol is allowed in the changing rooms, wet areas or treatment rooms.

11: Alcohol and food may not be brought into The Spa for consumption on the premises. Food and beverages may be ordered from the dining area menu.

12: Members or their guests are not permitted to use The Spa facilities under the influence of drink or drugs.

13: Members shall be responsible for their guests at all times and guests of members are not permitted to remain in The Spa if the Member leaves the premises.

14: Shaving is not permitted in any area of The Spa or its facilities.

15: No running, jumping in or diving is allowed in the poolside areas.

16: For hygienic and health reasons all members should shower in the changing room prior to using the thermal suite, pool and outdoor hot tub.

17: The guidelines laid down for the use of the heat, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor hot tub and swimming pool must be strictly adhered to.

18: Members who are pregnant or suffer from hypertension should not use the heat facilities, hydrotherapy pool or outdoor hot tub because the heat may cause a dangerous increase in blood pressure, which may be hazardous.

19: Appropriate attire must be worn in the gym/exercise studio, including suitable training shoes for reasons of safety.

20: No outdoor footwear is to be worn in the relaxation areas or wet areas. Slippers or Deck sandals are recommended. All Members must wear bathing costumes when using The Spa facilities.

21: For the safety of Members using The Spa, for the protection of The Spa staff it is imperative that a disclaimer notice is completed in the following circumstances:

Treatment and Therapy Suites:
22: Following completion of the Medical Questionnaire: Occasionally
members may suffer from conditions such as allergies, have joint or muscle problems, or may be recovering from a recent illness.
23: If a member insists on continuing with the treatment despite being given
contrary advice to continue by the therapist the Member must sign a Disclaimer Notice before commencing the treatment.

General Facilities:
24: It is the responsibility of The Spa guests/members to ensure that they are medically fit to use the general facilities such as the gym, exercise classes or thermal suite.
25: Late admission will not be permitted less than 30 minutes before close of day. The hot tub and thermal suite will be shut down at 8.45pm.
